Candace Seaton Senior Broker Associate CAREER SUMMARY Candace Seaton has been a commercial real estate broker in Colorado Springs since 1983, having been with the Fredrick Ross Company, Griffis/Blessing and Trammell Crow prior to joining Grubb & Ellis in 2003. She has worked in all areas of commercial real estate including office leasing and sales, investment sales, industrial, office showroom and retail. She has been a top production broker all of her career. EXPERIENCE For the last seven years she has specialized in investment, office and retail and has a substantial list of local and national tenants. While with Trammell Crow she specialized in pre leasing, working on four Safeway anchored centers in Colorado Springs, Woodland Park and Pueblo West, as well as the Center at Palmer Park and Powers now anchored by Wal-Mart. She currently represents many local and national investors. Additionally, having worked as the inhouse broker for Griffis/Blessing, the largest regional property management and investment firm, she is an expert in the details of lease negotiation and investor relations. EDUCATION Candace received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 1974, and went on to receive her MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1979, specializing in Finance.
