CAREER SUMMARY
While completing his degree in Architecture, Andrew interned at Palmer McAllister, Co., a Frederick Ross Company, in Colorado Springs. He also worked for the Art C. Klein Construction Company where he developed a strong understanding of construction. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Andrew C. Oyler joined Grubb & Ellis|Quantum Commercial Group to further his knowledge of commercial real estate. Andrew has successfully facilitated leases and acquisitions with national/local companies such as Verizon, Motis, Metlife, Allstate, Boeing, Colorado Structures, Jackson Creek Development, Realty Development Services, OC International, DVERT and John Laing Homes. In all these relationships, Andrew has placed an emphasis on integrity, accountability, responsiveness and market knowledge.

EDUCATION
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture with an emphases in Real Estate and Planning from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Andrew is currently working towards his CCIM and SIOR designations in order to obtain a greater understanding of the Colorado Springs’ real estate market which would better serve his clients.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Andrew has also been active in the Colorado Springs community by being a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, CASA and the YMCA. Andrew recently became a member of Par Club which helps fund the Eisenhower-Evans Scholarship program.
